Dave has twenty years experience building successful software and SaaS businesses. Prior to joining ResMan in 2015, Dave was the Senior Vice President of Syncadd Systems, a defense contractor based in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he lead the deployment of the first commercial cloud-based enterprise system for the Department of Defense. Before Syncadd, Dave served for thirteen years with RealPage leading product development teams, operational departments, and product lines. He led RealPage’s successful entry into military housing and had responsibility for the first student housing property management system in multifamily housing. Dave has developed solutions and provided thought leadership throughout his career that spans multifamily, telecommunications, and military intelligence.
Dave earned his Masters of Business Administration from Chaminade University. He has completed advanced graduate studies in Telecommunications Management from the University of Dallas. Dave received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma.
Joining the team in 2006, Elizabeth possesses over 20 years of successful property management experience including REITs, 1031 Exchanges, Limited Partnerships, acquisitions, lease-ups, and new construction. She has an intimate understanding of how the industry has evolved over the years and to what degree those changes impact day-to-day operations.
In her role, Elizabeth analyzes industry trends to ensure that ResMan is an effective solution for property managers & owners to drive results. Elizabeth is a major contributor to the form and function of the current core conventional solution, and she continues to guide product development to ensure ResMan is more than just software.
Elizabeth brings her keen ability to unify the sales and marketing teams. She manages the inbound and outbound marketing strategy for ResMan’s product lines to increase brand awareness and to establish ResMan as a thought leader in the space. With a focus on marketing and sales KPIs, Elizabeth aligns ResMan’s efforts across both departments.
Elizabeth is actively involved in multiple professional organizations, including Apartment Women of the Word, AAGD, AATC, TAA, FAA, and NAA.
Senior Vice President of Sales
Greg joined ResMan’s team in 2015 upholding the responsibility for new client acquisitions and daily strategic sales activity & planning. In addition to testing new sales strategies, Greg builds and oversees a team of regional field sales representatives to effectively maximize sales revenues, attain corporate objectives, and exceed sales goals.
With 20+ years of experience in multifamily, Greg comes to ResMan as the Vice President of Corporate Sales, bringing his passion and vision for the multifamily industry to the ResMan sales team. His past experience includes forecasting sales revenues streams, managing regional field sales, and acquiring new clients. Greg is also a proud alumni from Oklahoma State University.
Since 2015, Johnson has been responsible for managing ResMan’s client-facing support teams including Account Management, Implementations, Training, Support, and Product Specialist teams. He’s responsible for the successful onboarding and ongoing support of ResMan’s client partners. In addition, Johnson analyzes support trends and requirements in order to anticipate client and third-party vendor integration needs.
Previously working at numerous Software-as-a-Service companies as Director of Customer Service, Johnson brings his strategic leadership and business operations management to the ResMan team. His previous experience and understanding of multifamily leasing and client-facing support powers ResMan’s premier customer service.
Joining the ResMan team in 2008, Olsen oversees the development of all software products at ResMan. He provides leadership and technical expertise when designing, architecting, and developing solutions for the ResMan interface. Working with the product and engineer teams, Olsen is also responsible for analyzing the needs of ResMan customers to establish the best solutions and tackle any unresolved problems within the industry.
Nick spent four years working under the umbrella of Sequoia Real Estate Management developing the initial version of ResMan alongside property management professionals. Olsen brings his advanced knowledge in software development and an appreciation for all that is required when running an apartment community, which gives a competitive edge to ResMan within the market. Olsen also received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine in 2008.
