Plano, TX, November 27 – ResMan LLC, a leading provider of property management software announced the addition of Heather Calderone as a Regional Vice President of Sales. Heather brings over 25 years of experience in the property management industry to ResMan. In her new role she will play an important part in expanding ResMan’s footprint in Florida and other parts of the southeast region.
Calderone spent 14 years directly within property management and became the go-to person for software troubleshooting, training and implementation. She also spent 11 years working on the vendor side of the industry, where she was introduced to ResMan. “I was blown away by the platform, the product innovation, the market strategy, people and culture,” states Calderone.
Heather says her passion for property management comes from the opportunities that arise from the many facets and layers within the industry. “I have a passion for people, relationship building, customer service, technology, problem-solving, continuing education and being able to learn and participate in multiple aspects of an industry. In my view, there is no other industry that offers these opportunities like Property Management. The relationships that I have built over the years have become some of my closest, even to the level of what I would call family,” Heather states.

Heather has spent years in the Southeast participating in regional apartment associations and building great relationships. Heather was recently chosen to sit on the 2018 FAA Annual Education Conference Committee. She lives in Florida with her family and you can usually find her enjoying music festivals, kayaking, hiking, walking on the beach or working out in her spare time.
