ResMan, LLC, a leading provider of cloud-based property management software, has appointed Scott Holcomb as Regional Vice President of Sales effective February 9, 2017. Holcomb joins the ResMan® team as a seasoned property management professional, spending the past ten years working in the multifamily real estate industry.

Prior to joining ResMan®, Holcomb’s experience in the industry included work with a variety of property management software providers, including Real Page from 2010 to 2016 and after their acquisition of Evergreen Solutions, a Yardi Consulting firm, he was promoted to the role of National Vice President of Enterprise Sales. He was recognized as the Salesperson of the Year in 2015, with his work focusing on both conventional portfolios and portfolios which included affordable and government subsidized aspects such as HUD, Rural and LIHTC properties.
Scott Holcomb received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management Information Systems from the University of Arkansas. He is also an active member of the National Affordable Housing Management Association.
