ResMan is searching for a product design leader to join the Product Team as a Business Analyst. Responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling a product line from conceptual stages through product life cycle, the Business Analyst’s main goal is to optimize profit and meet marketing, financial and corporate growth strategies.
Essentials for this position include SDLC and Agile Development experience, as well as experience in creating detailed business use cases. Knowledge of multi-family housing and domain knowledge of those software applications is preferred.
Play a vital role in ResMan’s commitment to exceptional service as a Trainer! Subject matter experts are needed to facilitate engaging, effective, and enjoyable training sessions for ResMan clients and internal team members.
Trainers collaborate with the Product, Development, and Client Services Team to establish robust training courses and materials. In addition, Trainers develop content and materials to ensure ongoing accuracy and relevance for new and current ResMan products and services.
Instructional Design or E-Learning experience is preferred. In addition, accounting experience or on-site multifamily experience are also preferred qualifications.

Utilize your technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the multifamily industry to identify and clearly communicate the steps necessary to resolve issues and successfully assist ResMan users.
ResMan’s First Response Support Agents are the primary liaison between ResMan users and the ResMan team. They provide an essential service to ResMan users and ResMan employees by responding to requests for assistance and support with a focus on delivering exceptional service to each and every customer.
Customer Relationship enthusiasts are needed in our growing account management department!
Account Managers leverage ResMan’s commitment to Service First by building strong relationships with ResMan users.
They are the primary contact for inquiries regarding implementation, go-live, and support, and are internal advocates for the customer.
Account managers make proactive monthly calls to customers to ensure continued satisfaction, and collaborate with the Implementation, Sales, and Development team to support customer needs.
