Calling all technical and software integration-minded individuals! ResMan is searching for an experienced technical professional who enjoys troubleshooting and solving issues with software integrations!

The Channel Partner Specialist serves as a subject matter expert on ResMan’s Channel Partner Program, an Innovation Network consisting of over 100+ vendor partners who integrate withResMan’s multifamily software solution.

Troubleshooting, development, and customer service all play pivotal roles in this position! The Channel Partner Specialist leads vendor partner onboarding and communication processes, while offering insight, feedback and serving as an important knowledge resource to ResMan team members.

First Response Support Agents – HUD

Lead ResMan’s commitment to Service First through timely, individualized, service-oriented support to our Affordable, HUD, Tax Credit and Section 8 customers as a First Response Support Agent!

Utilize your technical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the Affordable and HUD industry to identify and clearly communicate the steps necessary to resolve issues and successfully assistResMan users.

ResMan’s First Response Support Agents are the primary liaison between ResMan users and theResMan team.  They provide an essential service to ResMan users and ResMan employees by responding to requests for assistance and support with a focus on delivering exceptional service to each and every customer.
