Customer Success Manager (CSM) – Plano, TX

The Customer Success Manager role focuses on executing the sales strategy within assigned accounts and drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base. The Customer Success Manager will be experienced and comfortable with developing customer relationships, performing deep levels of discovery and handling objections.

The ideal candidate will have a history of working with existing clients in a business-to-business capacity to drive additional revenue, exceed sales quotas and contribute to the positive culture we embrace and demand at ResMan.

Senior Analyst, FP&A – Plano, TX

The Senior Analyst is responsible for leading all FP&A activity at ResMan, including providing operational and financial analysis and support to the senior management team and field operations. This includes managing planning/forecasting, results reporting/variance analysis, strategic planning, operations and sales planning/performance monitoring and ad hoc analysis as requested by the senior management team.

Technical Support Agent – Plano, TX

Lead ResMan’s commitment to Service First through timely, individualized, service-oriented support to our customers as a First Response Support Agent!

Utilize your technical troubleshooting skills and accounting and multifamily knowledge to identify and clearly communicate the steps necessary to resolve issues and successfully assist ResMan users.

ResMan’s Technical Support Agents are the primary liaison between ResMan users and the ResMan team. They provide an essential service to ResMan users and ResMan employees by responding to requests for assistance and support with a focus on delivering exceptional service to every customer.

Product Manager – Plano, TX

The Product Manager is an integral leadership position in defining, executing and owning the product strategy and product lifecycle tasks for a portfolio of ResMan products. At ResMan we believe that great software starts with great product management. We are an intensely passionate and customer focused group with a need for action and an expectation that we are solving for awesome user experiences. Industry experience in multifamily property management software and services is a plus

Association and Events Coordinator – Plano, TX

The Association and Event Coordinator is responsible for the management of events and relationships within the multifamily industry from the concept stage through completion. In addition to event research, this position is responsible for budgetary creation and tracking, maintaining vendor relationships, and coordinating with various departments within ResMan to book travel, hotel, and other various accommodations necessary for successful event planning and execution.

UX Designer – Plano, TX

The UX Designer is an integral position in creating satisfying and compelling experiences for product users and providing expertise/insights into the product development process.  We are an intensely passionate and customer focused group with a need for action and an expectation that we deliver awesome user experiences.  The ideal candidates will have strong creative, technical and problem-solving skills with proven innovation experience, the ability to be a catalyst for change in a matrixed environment, and experience with SaaS software solutions. The UX Designers draw on results from user research/discovery and workflow analysis to build persona-based product experiences.

Inside Sales Representative – Plano, TX

We are in search of a driven Inside Sales Representative to develop and mold the market for the Multifamily Solutions Suite, ResMan’s intuitive solution that meets operational and accounting needs for owners and operators.
