Summary

The Contract Management & Revenue Analyst is responsible for the management of the sales contract process for new and existing ResMan customers. The Contract Management & Revenue Analyst drafts, reviews and revises Master Service Agreements, addendums, renewals, and cancellations, and works with both the Sales team and Customer Success team to ensure a seamless sales process. Because this position requires in-depth knowledge of ResMan customers, the Contract Management & Revenue Analyst will also support the Business Services team with analysis of customer transactions, billing and revenue.

  • Draft, review and revise customer contracts, including Master Service Agreements, addendums, renewals, cancellations, new logo, add-on, training and custom reports
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain all customer documentation
  • Generate cancellations and contracts from standardized contract and cancellation templates
  • Review and understand ResMan’s Terms & Conditions and Master Service Agreement to answer client questions regarding their contract and T&C
  • Prepare and analyze revenue transactions
  • Analyze and record revenue and billing information supporting SaaS sales
  • Support annual financial audit preparation, research and support
  • Analyze financial information, call attention to trends, make recommendations, collect information and prepare reports
  • Identify accounting and control issues and recommend, develop and implement solutions
  • Ability to accurately add information and use Salesforce and ResMan/CRM
  • Ability to use DocuSign
  • Understand our products and integrations
  • Meet deadlines through effective time management, creating target dates, establishing priorities, etc.

Core Competencies:

  • Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint knowledge a must)
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments including Sales, Customer Success and Business Services
  • Can quickly generate trust with Sales, Business Services and Customer Success stakeholders
  • Financial acumen with the ability to present numbers in an understandable and engaging way
  • Understanding of customer metrics to identify areas of priority and improvement
  • Sense of urgency
  • Strong grasp of financial reports, analytical methods and financial data tools
  • Ability to analyze root causes of problems in a systematic approach and develop new ideas to improve
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task with short deadlines

Education/Experience:

  • Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in financial or sales contract positions
  • Excel experience required
  • Salesforce experience preferred
