Navigation to the Data

ResMan’s thoughtful navigation tools allow users to quickly access resident data, vendor information, and transactional details with the click of a mouse.

Document Management

No need for filing cabinets that take up space in your office. Your records and reports are kept safe and secure inside of ResMan’s software.

  • Resident records – keep things organized by adding leasing papers and all other important documents to a resident’s record
  • Vendor Records – keep track of all communications with vendors, including invoices, payments, work orders, and more
  • Unit Records – allows a bird’s eye view of each of your units or drill down to see more specifics on different projects, such as maintenance and move-in and move-out dates of current and former residents
