Submit Maintenance Requests

The ResMan Resident Portal and ResMan Resident App allow renters to quickly and easily submit work orders when they need maintenance support. They can upload images to ensure site teams understand what’s required to address the issue. Residents can also track work orders within the portal and app, giving them visibility through the entire process.

Make Payments

ResMan’s online portal allows residents to make payments through the powerful payments solution included with the ResMan Platform or through integrations we offer with other payment providers. For organizations that use ResMan Payments, residents can also make payments through the ResMan Resident App. Regardless of the payments solution you choose, residents can view payment history, balances, and receipts online in the portal.

Property managers can add documents to the online portal for either the resident or the household so users can easily access the important documents they need anytime, anywhere.

See Events Calendar

Keep residents in the know with the online portal’s customizable calendar. Property managers can add recurring events or planned maintenance to the calendar so residents can see everything that’s going on in one place.

When you use ResMan to communicate, text and email messages go directly to residents’ phones/email accounts, while also allowing bi-directional communication to be tracked within the system and available for retrieval in the future if needed.
