"Ease Of Use And Software Interface"

What do you like best?
The software is so user-friendly! I used to think OneSite was easy...Resman blows it out of the water. Also, the seamless interface with other multi-family software i.e., SafeRent and local LIHTC affiliates. LIHTC is bad enough to deal with without having some snafu with your on-site platform...Resman takes that worry away.

What problems are you solving with the product?
LIHTC is always a challenge, and Resman is continually working on making it better.

"Will Never Use Another Software"

Overall: I have been using Resman since it was in the beta stage. I love this software. It's easy for employees to learn and easy to maneuver through. I love the ease of corrections when mistakes are made. There is every report you can imagine. You have at least 2 to 3 ways to get somewhere in ResMan or what you are looking for.

"User friendly"

What do you like best?
It is easy to maneuver in the application. Reports are easily generated. Having all the information needed at the drop of a hat is a breeze. I believe it is one of the top competitors in leasing software, surpassing so many by having more features tailored to multiple properties at once.

What problems are you solving with the product?
ResMan generates monthly and weekly reports and makes closing the books at the end of the month swift and effortless. The application makes reporting and accessing information easy and manageable without all the paperwork.

What do you like best?
I like how you can see all the activity on the home page with all your information, training, and property information. Lets you pull reports just off of your activity bar.

The benefits are being able to click to see how many units and the occupancy you need to focus on is available to see. Able to charge charges when a person moves out. Easy access to transactions and correcting transactions

“Organization with Integration”

What do you like best?
I love that is all online! This is my first experience with Property management software and I have found it very easy to navigate and the features are outstanding. My CPA loves it too! We recently integrated with Paylease to utilize our portal and what a hit with our residents!

If you enter the data as you should Resman makes all reports, accounting, traffic, lease, and unit information so easy, saving us thousands on bookkeeping fees.

"Very user friendly!"

What do you like best?
Resman is a user-friendly system that we were able to adjust to in a very short amount of time. Everything is on this database and it integrates so seamlessly with other software. It is very easy to contact customer support for any issues you might have, which has been very few over these last few years.

ResMan allows us to have all the property information beginning with the residents and their full account history and anything pertaining to their time here to all vendor information, including all invoices, payments, copies of checks, etc.

Overall: Overall, Resman is the best bang for the buck, user-friendly, two clicks and I have what I need. You can follow any transaction back to its beginning OR check tenant accounts for proper postings. You can navigate very easily and account for everything from Purchase Orders to Closing Reports. "Comprehensive Coverage"

What do you like best?
Most of the vital information about the Tenant is on the screen. It is easy to navigate accounting, reports, and tenant compliance issues. Other software I have used in the past was not as comprehensive.

What problems are you solving with the product?
I don't use the administrative parts of the program, just the simple Resident management modules. It is helping me keep track of income, occupancy, and other basic tenant/management issues.

What do you like best?
I really enjoy using Resman as the property management software for the apartment community I manage. The ease of access is unmatched by any other software I have used. I really enjoy the reports offered and the texting capabilities.

“ResMan robust reporting with ease of use”

Overall: Great! I have worked with Yardi, Entrata, and rent management. I have to say ResMan has very robust reporting with ease of use. Using Entrata the filters are so numerous that it's easy to miss one or two. As with Yardi. Constant changing of roles for certain tasks. It can gum up the process a bit.

"Organization, reliability and accuracy."

What do you like best?
I like best that everything is very organized and straight to the point. From The Board Room to tabs (for example, accounting). It is very easy to keep up with properties and summaries.

What problems are you solving with the product?
Keeping up with property has helped tremendously because of Resman. Resman has made it possible to organize residents from start to finish. From documents to PDFS, to phone/email, ResMan has it all.
