The solution allows organizations that have multiple affordable housing properties in a market to manage those properties through a centralized application and waitlist process, so applicants no longer need to apply separately to each property.

ResMan’s Centralized Waitlist Management is available via an administrator configuration. It allows property management companies to designate which properties are managed through a centralized waitlist. When an application is created, site staff can place the applicant on the waitlist for multiple properties in one step. The applicant’s position on the waitlist for each property will continue to be governed by program selection criteria for each site, so ResMan also makes it easy to see application information and waitlist position for each applicant at each property from one screen.
