Stephanie Graves is the founder and president of Q10 Property Advisors. She is an executive level property management professional who has held titles from Director of Education to Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing over 22,000 units in six markets nationwide. Stephanie has earned her CAPS and CAM designations through the National Apartment Association and is an education faculty member for the National Education Foundation. Stephanie is on the Executive Board of the Houston Apartment Association (the largest apartment association in the nation) and is the 2023 President. She is a sought-after speaker and facilitator throughout the nation and can be seen at many of the National Apartment Association Education Conferences.

Stephanie oversees corporate communications, acquisitions, due diligence, and various day-to-day activities that directly impact the profitability and success of Q10 and its assets.

Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in multi-family development, management, and operational oversight. She has a keen eye for identifying and diagnosing issues through the due diligence process. Stephanie has a Bachelor of Communications from St. Edwards University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Jay Harris is a veteran property management attorney who provides wholistic legal and business counsel to rental housing and solutions providers. As general counsel to leading apartment industry vendors, he has led litigation, compliance, contracting, product, and sales/marketing functions. As regulatory counsel to the apartment and consumer reporting industries, he has advocated for favorable regulatory and legislative policy and translated complex rules for industry compliance. A Washington D.C. area native, he serves on the board of the Arlington (Va.) Partnership for Affordable Housing (APAH).

Steve is a professional facilitator in leadership, sales and customer service and is also a sought-after national speaker. He has also been a freelance consultant who has worked with multifamily companies to enhance, improve and train their organizations to improve performance. 

Steve began his career in multi-family as a leasing consultant, assistant manager and community manager as well as several training and support roles. He holds a Leadership Certificate from the Center for Creative Leadership, is a Developmental Dimensions International (DDI) Certified Facilitator and an MBTI Type I & II Certified Practitioner.
